Our next New Members Class will be hosted on Sunday, November 17, 10:45AM.
We are engaged by the Word of God, proclaimed in worship through thought-provoking and illuminating sermons which address discipleship in the context of Scripture and the modern world, as well as by inspiring music, communal celebration of the sacraments, and creative use of liturgy. Our two distinct weekly worship services (Traditional and Contemporary) recognize that we can worship the same God in a variety of meaningful ways, while our Home Communion ministry and Retirement Community Communion services proclaim that neither our worship nor our community is bound within the walls of our sanctuary.
There's plenty of parking in our lot and there will be greeters ready to help guide you to the sanctuary or Sunday School!
From suits to jeans and tennis shoes, you'll see a bit of everything at Woods. The early service tends to be more formal, while the later service a bit more relaxed. But, feel free to come relaxed
or dressed up – we're just happy to see you.
We are blessed to have many musicians. Each week we rotate through different groups who help bring us to a place of worship. We also have different selections of music for our Traditional and Contemporary services as we strive to help people connect more closely with God through music.
Each service and Sunday school class shares a biblically-focused message. Learning about the Bible and God's message is fundamental at Woods. Enrichment is something we strive to stay in pursuit of. We seek to apply meaningful and relevant truths to our daily lives.
